Since I cannot provide emergency responses to clients, these resources are
listed here as a convenience for clients or potential clients who do not have a
safety plan, cannot locate their safety plan, or cannot work their safety plan
because they are having a mental health emergency in the Pikes Peak
Region.  

A mental health emergency would include those who are contemplating
suicide or self-harm, considering homicide or could be a harm to others, or
who feel that they are losing touch with reality.  

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are feeling suicidal, you
may call or talk to people with the following programs:

If talking or taking other positive actions (e.g., as part of your safety
plan) are not helping, check-in at the nearest hospital emergency room
or acute inpatient facility.  If you can safely transport your child, teen, or have
someone to safely transport you, these are some of the local or Front Range
